More news and odd bits....
A few updates, bits of news and general info.....

Now that the worst of the winter weather seems to have passed, at least for the time being, we're back up to date with orders and such - all the backlog has been cleared and we're back to our usual one to two day turnround on most orders. For any of you who have had to wait just a few days longer than normal from us, thanks for your patience!

There is a week still to go before the expiry of the January offer vouchers we gave out before Christmas; we've had a very good number of them used in the last few weeks, but I do know that some of you are waiting to the last moment to use them in the hope that we will have some new stuff out! Well,  there are a few new 15mm releases almost ready to go which will be up on the store in just a couple of days, so if you keep checking back here they'll be up in time for you to get your orders placed before the end of the month.

Many of our UK regulars will know that in February we are usually up in Newark for Hammerhead, and in Tonbridge for Cavalier - unfortunately this year we will not be doing EITHER of them - Hammerhead because it's not happening at all (they hope to be back in 2011), and Cavalier because we are simply unable to go for a number of reasons.  This means that our first shows (and indeed our only ones in the first half of the year) will be TRIPLES (Sheffield, at a new venue this year - Google it for details) on the 17/18th April, and SALUTE (Excel, London) on the 24th April - yes, just like last year, they are only a ******* week apart again!!! I won't pretend this isn't a huge pain in the proverbial from our point of view (and I guess a lot of other traders will be thinking the same...), but we will just have to do what we can to have as much stock as possible available for both shows. More news nearer the time regarding preorders and stuff, but suffice to say that ordering in advance will be a very good idea if you want to be certain of getting what you want!

Finally, a quick note on the 15mm Battleforce painting request that we put out a couple of weeks ago (it wasn't mentioned in the store news, but it was publicised on TMP, Dropship Horizon and on the GZG mailing list) - things are being sorted, at the time of writing this (Sunday evening) I've just been looking through almost a thousand individual sample photos from well over a hundred responses.... I've narrowed it down to a shortlist and will be contacting people in a few days, so please be patient just a little longer....

More soon!
